This turned out great! I’m looking forward to having it in wraps this week for lunch. I couldn’t help snacking on it right after I took it out of the oven, so delicious! It’s nice and soft, but not spongy or jerky tough like some of my other seitan attempts. Thanks again, this is awesome and a new staple, just what I was hoping for =)

Ahahahaha! You totally got me. I have had comments like that with my recipes and funny emails like that about my crochet patterns (please make this a knit vest instead of a crochet one and also with sleeves because I want a sweater and not a vest…and can you fix my sweater, too? I have this one sweater with a hole in it).
