		<description><![CDATA[This turned out great! I&#039;m looking forward to having it in wraps this week for lunch. I couldn&#039;t help snacking on it right after I took it out of the oven, so delicious! It&#039;s nice and soft, but not spongy or jerky tough like some of my other seitan attempts. Thanks again, this is awesome and a new staple, just what I was hoping for =)]]></description>

I have had comments like that with my recipes and funny emails like that about my crochet patterns (please make this a knit vest instead of a crochet one and also with sleeves because I want a sweater and not a vest...and can you fix my sweater, too?
